Michelle’s culinary journey began in a family of passionate women cooks, where food was more than just nourishment—it was a way to create lasting memories. After raising three children and transitioning from a career in music education, she immersed herself in the culinary world, studying under experienced chefs and working in diverse environments, from soup kitchens to fine dining. From a volunteer to an Executive Chef her focus is always on creating flavorful food that brings people together.

Billy grew up learning the art of cooking alongside his grandmother, sparking a lifelong passion for food. With over 12 years of experience in cooking and bartending, he’s now ready to take charge of his own menus and culinary creations.

Together, we bring years of expertise and a shared love for crafting memorable, delicious meals. Whether for an intimate gathering or a large event, we take pride in delivering exceptional food and experiences that leave a lasting impression.
